Basketball and STEAM* program is here!

This fall, players in grades 6-9 can work on their handles, shots and ball plays, while also learning about rehabilitation sciences and newest research technologies!

Every week, we will spend 3 hours on academic topics, which include designing a robotic arm and a robotic glove, learning about mobility issues and basic physiology, math on the ball court, designing your own jersey, and trips to the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (TRI), North America’s largest rehabilitation research centre.

Afternoons will be spent completing basketball drills with our expert coaching staff.

Dates: Sep. 2019 – April 2020

Currently, Ballmatics is offered exclusively by QSLA, however we work with public schools and community organizations to provide an engaging, athletic way to improve math confidence and knowledge of youth.
