MLSE LaunchPad

The MLSE Launchpad is a vibrant, new 42,000-square foot Sport For Development centre conceived by MLSE Foundation in partnership with Toronto Community Housing Corporation and the City of Toronto. It has a bold vision to connect physical and mental health while reducing the stigma associated with seeking help for mental health issues and has four pillar objectives:  Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Ready for School, Ready for Work.

With a multi-purpose gymnasium, a rock wall, classrooms, a teaching kitchen and a welcoming environment that fosters teamwork and healthy lifestyles, Launchpad is a place where youth facing barriers use sport to recognize and reach their potential. It represents a major opportunity for game-changing innovations in youth mental health: easily accessible services that not only engage and empower young people but also support their families, strengthening the potential of our next generation.
